RegalCare (Regal Rhythm Care) Custom Medical Reporting System needed a custom solution to help doctors securely review patient data submitted by health technicians. The goal: streamline reporting, ensure data privacy, and make it easy for cardiologists to review critical notes and files in one place.

Our Solution
We designed and developed a secure web-based system on a hardened WordPress framework. Doctors log in to view a clean, paginated dashboard showing patient report files, clinical notes, and downloadable PDFs. Files are stored in a non-public directory, and access is tightly controlled by user permissions.
The system allows review specialists to upload reports and enter notes, while doctors can quickly scan, review, and act on key updates—all without compromising confidentiality.
